At YUNZII KEYBOARD, we strive for perfection in every keystroke, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at support@yunzii.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the keyboard, cables, and keycap pullers in the original box to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
